Privacy policy
Short answer: we collect only what we need to book, deliver and pick up your totes and to answer your messages. We never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
This policy covers Daytona Moving Bins Co., a d/b/a of The Pool Fam LLC ("we", "us"), and the website daytonamovingbinsco.com.
What information do we collect?
- When you book: your name, phone, email, delivery and pickup addresses, dates, package and notes. Payments are handled by our booking provider, GoHighLevel, and its payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you become a referral partner: what you type into the sign-up form (name, company, phone, email, business address, partner type) and the page you sent it from.
- When you call or text: your number and the messages, so we can reply.
- When you visit the site: standard server logs kept by our host, Vercel (IP address, browser, pages requested), used for security and reliability.
- When you use the chat bubble: the chat runs on LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), our customer-messaging system. Anything you type, and the name, phone or email you give, is stored there so we can reply by chat, text or email. The widget may set its own cookies to keep your conversation open.
Do you use cookies, analytics or tracking?
We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If we add Google Analytics or an ad pixel later, we'll update this page first.
Booking forms and calendars are embedded from GoHighLevel, which may set its own cookies to run the booking. Our how-it-works video, when shown, uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which doesn't set tracking cookies until you press play.
How do we use it?
To schedule and complete deliveries and pickups, send booking confirmations and reminders by text and email, answer questions, handle late, lost or damaged totes under our rental terms, and improve the website.
Who do you share it with?
Only the service providers that run our business: GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (booking, payments, chat, texts and email), our website host, and, if enabled, Google Analytics. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We never sell, buy or trade contact lists.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing above and will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that deliver our texts may process your number only to send the messages you asked for.
How long do you keep it?
Booking records are kept as long as we need them for taxes and accounting, typically up to 5 years. Messages that don't result in a booking are deleted within 12 months.
How do text messages (SMS) work?
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example through the chat bubble's optional consent checkbox, we may text you about your rental (confirmations, payment links, delivery and pickup times) and, only if you separately opted in to marketing, occasional offers from Daytona Moving Bins Co.. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How do I opt out of texts or delete my data?
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To see, correct or delete your information, email [hello@daytonamovingbinsco.com] or call, text or chat with us. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
